Steve Liller was hatched from the proverbial egg in the year of our lord 1955 A.D. in the provincial city of Lancaster Pennsylvania. At age 5 he began piano lessons and shortly thereafter he was playing in his church band, and at age 9 he began playing the violin. In 1968 he wrote his 1st  song, it was Bach influenced. In 1970 he played original jazz in his first Band. In 1973 he played with "high school" bands playing in different venues around town. From 1974-1978 Steve played in a pretty cool jazz fusion band called Stratus. In Late 1978 Steve met Eric Charles and began jamming in various forums and writing the first songs which were to become animation tunes. In 1980 the actual first Animation was incepted.  Steve was the first in the band to have a computer based midi system in1983. In 1984 Animation was actually in it's 3rd lineup, but the second for Steve. In 1985 Steve began writing songs in his midi based studio and working on his  collection of original songs and has been writing ever since. From 1985-1987 Steve was on the road with a local based cover band, Daddy C. and the All Stars. And Finally in an unbelievable Stretch Steve has worked in his current cover band, South Street since 1987. In the meantime Steve has also been involved in several incarnations of Animation. Most recently the Animators decided to give the concept another college try by recording their new CD "Origins".
