Ocean Thunder
Warning of the storm
As a blustery storm approached us
Soon we came into our senses
We lost our bearings hopelessly
Far away and lost at sea
Making haste to a mystic Island
In our minds we hoped was real
The Storm
Ominous the storm did beat us
Friendly natives did invite us
And we hailed the god of thunder
Coercive force could not asunder
To be sure this hallowed ground
We ride the storm without a sound
The Eye
The sun shone briefly through the haze
The eye surreal does brightly amaze
A moment’s refuge from the fury
The storm must rage again once more
Lashing out against our nature
Thor reminds us of his temper
Waves as high as mountains render
Hapless ships into the thunder
Wind relentless is the message
We succumb to stronger powers
And finally as the force allows
The squall has past and we go on
Return of the storm
Ominous the storm did beat us
Friendly natives did invite us
And we hailed the god of thunder
Coercive force could not asunder
To be sure this hallowed ground
We ride the storm without a sound
The Passing of the Storm
We sail into the unknown Darkness
Intuition only guides us
But now beneath the ocean waves
A city glows unto the maze
What endless mysteries lie below
Timeless history we can know
Below the surface of the sea
A city of Glass presented me
As we watched above the water
Vessels came and danced on Mars
Beyond the grasp of mortal men
Into the heavens and back again
Time and again the message is clear
We come from afar
And now we are here
